Advice & Information
We offer advice and up-to-date information about employment opportunities and professional qualifications in Germany, the conditions and criteria for recognizing and equating your diplomas, and possible routes to legal employment in Germany.
Job mediation
In cooperation with different firms and employers in Germany, we offer mediation for work in various sectors such as hospitality, gastronomy or trade, or even in other sectors preferred by applicants.
Professional qualification
We also provide mediation for professional qualification in Germany in various professions or trades. Our extensive network of employers offering professional qualifications range from hospitality and commerce to banking and health services.
This is how the employment procedure works in Germany
You apply
You apply for one of the vacancies listed on our site. If you want to work in another job that is not listed on our site, apply anyway and indicate the type of work you would like to do. After applying, we will contact you within a short time.
We interview
If your profile fits a vacancy, we conduct the first interview with you. This interview takes place online. We normally conduct the second interview in person to discuss final information or details.
The employer decides
After the second interview, we propose potential candidates for the job vacancy to the employer in Germany. He (and not us) decides which candidate he will hire. We immediately communicate the employer's decision to the candidates.
Work visa
After the positive decision of the employer, we engage together with the selected applicant to issue the work visa at the German embassy in Albania. We support you throughout the process with information and concrete help.
The journey to the workplace
Upon obtaining a work visa, we specifically support you with the journey to Germany to the workplace at your employer. If necessary, we also accompany you during the first meeting with your employer.
Minimal cost
Unlike some other practices in Albania, the employer does not pay any fee or payment for the job finding service. Those costs are paid by the employer. The employee pays only the costs of the application for the work visa and partially or fully the costs of travel to the place of work.
